Q: Does this fidget cube have the soft rubber material over the cube, soft rubber buttons (not plastic) and lets you lift & click the joystick?
A: Yes Fidget cube had soft rubber material over it and 5 click buttons on one side of the cube are not plastic. Yes you can lift and click the joystick.
Q: Does it come with a screwdriver?
A: No it won't come with screwdriver.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Log in to your customer account. Once logged in, you will see your order history. Click the order number and you can see the order information. Your delivery tracking number is in the order detail page. You can click the tracking shipment and check the delivery status. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking number. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Q: I don't see any updates on my tracking information. What's going on?
A: No worries! We're here to help. If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed, it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto the delivery truck. Not to worry though — you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for UPS and FedEX shipments. Because packages shipped by UPS or FedEX have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to the package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmed en route and will be updated within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date. And overseas territories are excluded.
