Q: When adjusting the backrest, can I lock it into place to ensure it doesn’t come apart by accident? 

A: Yes. This is the same type of adjustable bench that can be found in any standard gym. As you adjust the back rest forward or backward, there are pin slots that secure the back rest into place. There is also an additional pin behind the seat that once locked, will hold the entire bench in place and prevent the back rest and the seat from moving.

Q: What kind of training does this weight bench support? 

A: The adjustable folding decline/incline weight bench allows various postures, such as sit-ups and strength training. You can training your chest, shoulders, back, abs, legs,etc. 

Q: How do I track my order? 

A: Log in to your customer account. Once logged in, you will see your order history. Click the order number and you can see the order information. Your delivery tracking number is in the order detail page. You can click the tracking shipment and check the delivery status. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking number. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Q: I don't see any updates on my tracking information. What's going on? 

A: No worries! We're here to help. If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed, it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto the delivery truck. Not to worry though — you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for UPS and FedEX shipments. Because packages shipped by UPS and FedEX have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to the package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmed en route and will be updated within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date. Overseas territories are excluded.
