Q: I don't see any updates on my tracking information. What's going on?
A: No worries! We're here to help.If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed and is 'Ready for 4PX’, it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto the delivery truck. Not to worry though — you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for 4PX shipments.Because packages shipped by 4PX have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to the package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmed route and will be updated within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date.
